We collect in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Johor, and deliver to any address in Singapore. Every booking gets a tracking code and an email at each stage — so you never have to call and ask where your parcel is.

The same process whether you're sending one carton or a regular weekly shipment.
Tell us the pickup address, the Singapore delivery address, and what you're sending. It takes about two minutes.

You'll be asked to flag these on the booking form. Declaring them accurately keeps your shipment moving through customs and helps our drivers pack it properly.
Every booking gets a tracking code as soon as you submit the form. Enter it on the tracking page to see the current status and the full timeline — when it was collected, when it crossed, and when it was delivered. No account needed.
We also email the recipient at each stage, so in most cases you won't need to check at all.

The driver records the attempt with a reason and, where possible, a photo. The recipient gets an email letting them know the delivery didn't complete, and we contact you to arrange another attempt.
Our drivers capture a signature at the door, a photo of the delivered cargo, or both. That proof is stored against your booking along with the time it was recorded.
